Who Will Play Kratos in God of War Movie?

In an MTV story David Jaffe talks about some possible movie stars that could play Kratos, the main character in the slightly controversial God of War video game based on Greek myths.

Jaffe said Mel Gibson is too old and Kurt Loder is too expensive. Other suggested names include Vin Diesel and Billy Zanes.

Jaffe says, "People have talked about Billy Zane, and I think that's an interesting choice. I saw somebody say Mel Gibson; I think he's great, but he's a little old."

What about Goran Visnjic? He played Spartacus in the TV movie that was really good. Jaffe also says he is working on a game that will literally make gamers weep. Sounds interesting.
